Or, at least, concrete beliefs that are easily articulated, but one of them is that you should always tip servers and delivery people and cab drivers and hairdressers really well. And I don’t mean “that’s about 15%, right?” I mean, take out a fucking calculator and find out what 20% is. Maybe 25%….
HERE HERE. Non-tippers can suck a fuck.
On a related note…Seamless’s automatic tip isn’t 20 percent.
I assumed it was, but was wrong, so be careful to check if you’re ordering in.

Day 232: Steam Table Sampling from Sheridan Market (191 East 161th Street, Bronx, 347-918-8111)
So, this is Year of the Takeout’s first Chinese food experience in the Bronx, and we are impressed by the adequateness of the steam table selections, as foods served in this setup typically suck unless purchased in Chinatown.
Though the General Tso’s wasn’t special — and might have been a bit dry — the “lo mein” was greasy and salty and so comforting that we wanted to suck down plates of it. Though the shrimp and green beans did not excel — it was a normal protein-veg-brown sauce dish — it was palatable enough.
